We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all purchases. We take pride in the quality
of our products and take all measures to assure orders are packaged and shipped
in good condition. However, If you're not completely satisfied with a product
you purchased from us, please let us know.
Return Policy
You may return items for a full refund minus any shipping charges within 15
days of the receipt date. All returns must be in original packaging and in retail
condition. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for the same item. All returned
products must accompany a RA# (Return Authorization). To obtain an RA#, please
contact sales@thesurfroom.com.
Please include the following information in your email:
- The full name of purchaser (for example, Jane Doe).
- The order id number.
- A brief product description, and the condition of the product.
- The reason for returning the product.
Once you have received your RA#, ship the product back to us. . All returned packages
must have the RA# clearly written on the outside of box. All return shipping charges
must be prepaid by customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Please use a
shipping company, such as UPS or FedEx, which can track packages. If it's more
convenient, you may ship packages using USPS (Postal Service). We are not responsible
for lost or stolen merchandise. When your return has been received and processed,
we will credit your account within 5-7 days for the amount of your purchase, less
shipping, handling, and any applicable tariffs and taxes. If the product was purchased
by a credit card, any credit to your account will appear on your credit card statement
as Aloha. For those paying via check or bank transfer, a check will be cut and
mailed to you.
Shipping and Handling
Stock Items:
Orders usually ship within 1-4 business days from the time your order was processed.
UPS Ground: 3-5 days Monday - Friday
USPS Priority: 2-4 days Monday - Saturday

Backordered Items:
We do our best to have all items in stock, but occasionally items will be backordered.
If your order contains items that are backordered for more than a week then
we'll email/call to inform you about the delivery status. If the back ordered
items take more than a week before we receive it, then we will ship your order
as a partial shipment and your backordered items will ship out as soon as they
arrive.
Personalized Items:
Personalized items usually take about 5-7 days to complete. If your order contains
a personalized item along with stock items then your order will most likely
ship together.
Oversized Furniture:
Furniture that's in stock ships within 2-3 weeks from the time your
order was processed. All of our furniture is professionally packaged for a safe
arrival to your home, although if you notice damage that was caused by the freight
carrier you must document the damage with pictures & description and call
us immediately. It is very important that you inspect your package carefully
for any shipping damage prior to the carrier/driver leaving.
